The room is small and the air condition does not work too well. On the day of arrival, the air conditioning was not on.

Rooms were clean and decor was nice, free breakfast.
Very old, could hear all noises from outside, free breakfast didn't have much variety.
We would stay again if it was only for one or two nights beds were uncomfortable and outside noise level was poor. Since Quality Inn purchased hotel it has improved greatly. When I saw the hotel upon arrival I was upset because we rented a room under the previous owners and swore we would never return. Very attractive outside. Inside had small refrigerator and microwave.
Walls are too stark, needed decor.
Located close to the Lake. Just needed more hominess and warmth in the room.

The staff was nice.
Room was dirty, pool was dirty, carpet was dirty, towels felt dirty.
I will not stay here again, nor recommend it.

I like the location and the amenities.
I didn't like the wait staff in the bar.
I was impressed. I wasn't expecting a bar and dinning hall. Very close to London bridge. The women in the bar and dinning area very rude.
